AMH is one of the members of the LTCANI

LTCANI, in cooperation with the Department of Health, Social Services and Public Safety, will be holding a major conference in The Stormont Hotel Belfast on October 8, under the title 'Long Term conditions – working together'. Key themes will be user involvement, self management, and promoting greater understanding and cooperation between the voluntary and statutory sectors. Keynote speakers will include Professor Jonathan Tritter (Warwick University and the NHS Centre for Involvement) and Professor Kate Lorig of Stanford University, one of the world's leading authorities on self management.
